"Blue sky thinking" involves approaching problems with an open mind to discover entirely new ideas. A "blue sky strategy" systematically elevates businesses from competitive to differentiated by harnessing talents, gifts, and skills to disrupt the status quo and shape the future. "Blue sky weather" symbolizes optimism and limitless possibilities.

For these reasons, we chose the name BlueSky. 

It signifies openness, clarity, optimism, and growth—essential qualities for thriving in today's professional and personal environments. Through our executive coaching, we aim to evoke these emotions and help you and your teams achieve your full potential.
