COACH A

Helping clients master the art of positive influence!

 

Coach A is a communication coach, trainer and speaker.  She specializes in leadership, communication and effectiveness training for multinational clients with global objectives and teams.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and brings with her over 26 years of experience. Fourteen of those years were spent working in psychiatric, managed care and educational facilities before becoming a coach and trainer.  Her understanding of the human psyche is extensive.

 

Starting her own business in 2000, Coach A now leads programs for multinationals worldwide.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a certified CoachU coach, the foremost coaching institution in the world and a certified NLP Master Practitioner (neuro linguistic programming).

 

She also coaches clients to become more dynamic, honest and effective partners, developing their ability to influence others by creating powerful partnerships. She does this with the help of the improvisational theatre philosophy, “Make your partner look good!”

 

Coach A’s clients include Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Nokia, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Medtronic, AP Moller-Maersk, Dow, Ferring, Serono, Novartis, UBS, Hospices Cantonaux, Swiss Post and international schools and universities.

 

 

COACH B

Coach B is an internationally recognized leadership coach. He brings global leadership insights and extensive senior level experience from a 20-year business career including 10 years with Nokia. At Nokia, Coach B held executive positions in operations, sales and general management, including being the GM of Nokia in Singapore.

 

Coach B has worked in start-up organizations as well as in established business units and thus brings a wealth of insights into the key challenges which different types of organizations face in terms of strategy focus, leadership style and execution capability.

 

He has a deep and well-rounded understanding of cross-cultural issues and motivational tools, and its influence on and implications for great leadership. He has lived in Denmark, United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, China, Singapore and Switzerland and has worked in most markets in Europe and Asia.

 

As a highly acclaimed leadership coach, Coach B focuses on leadership behaviour, centring on self-awareness, impact through others, effective communication and building/managing high performance teams. He also works as a coach at the International Institute of Management (IMD) in Lausanne, were he works with the faculty in delivering senior executive leadership programs to both public and private clients.

 

Coach B speaks English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and conversational German. 

 

 

COACH C

The mission of Coach C is to become a global leader of excellence for enlightened leadership.

 

His work with international executives has given him extensive insights into the functioning of various businesses, corporate concepts and systems in various sectors.  One of his competencies is being able to quickly identify the core underlying elements that directly impact the success of his clients. His experience proves that understanding the underlying communication and human systems in combination with business concepts creates success stories for all involved.

 

Coach C's interest and knowledge in behavioural and neuroscience complement his soft skills background and translate into creating more solutions for his personal coaching clients and the international corporations he works for. Additionally his training as Manager of Business Entertainment focuses on more creative techniques of approaching these topics and training and has led to more creative and exciting formats through use of corporate theatre techniques.

 

Coaching Process - Coach C draws from the best experience, research and case studies of Behavioural Sciences, Change Management, Organizational Development, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and advanced coaching methodologies to create sustainable change.

 

 

COACH D

“Unlocking full potential and dissolving barriers to excellence"

 

Coach D is a senior executive and personal communications coach, trainer and speaker.  She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in the UK and the executive coach training CoachVille program, based in the US. She also holds BA in Business Management and Technology, and is a certified Competent Leader and Competent Communicator (Berne, Switzerland). Her working languages are English, German and Spanish.

As a Leadership Coach, Coach D's coaching helps managers and team leaders shape and nurture their leadership style by strengthening their talents. Her highly interactive and dynamic approach helps her clients to become the best leader possible, in order to accomplish individual and corporate goals and generate extraordinary results.

As an Executive Team/Group Coach, she uses a talent-based approach, which promotes and encourages high levels of team performance. She uses strategies and tactics to help team members use their individual talents to meet team performance goals and business outcomes.  Her coaching helps cross-functional work teams collaboratively develop performance strategies and share accountability for results. She believes that 'problems present opportunities' for continuous learning and organizational renewal; she helps team members respond  proactively and get motivation, live up the organization’s vision and mission.

Coach D specializes in the design and delivery of executive development and empowerment corporate programmes. In the past seven years, she has managed programs across the Europe, North-America, Africa, Oceania and more recently South-America, for both corporations and NGOs.

 

She helps and supports the development of managers and business leaders. Her clients become better communicators, enhance the leadership within the organization, increase sales and profits, take their development to the next level and lead teams in a more effective way. One of Coach D’s core specialties is to coach female executives and women in different development an area worldwide.

 

 

Coach E

Coach E successfully pursued a ten-year sales and marketing career with international sales responsibilities before she qualified as a Professional Master Trainer, DISC Profiler and Coach U advanced Coaching Graduate and ICF certified ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Coach who coaches individuals and teams towards clarity, ownership and action.

 

She has worked and lived in four countries in Europe and Canada which laid the foundation of her expertise in cross-cultural communication and integration. She successfully started her own training and coaching company in 2003 and works with international companies and individuals in leadership development, career transitions, and teams to align individual strengths, values and goals to drive greater motivation and success. She has a strong focus on communication enhancement, especially in multicultural settings.

 

During the last few years, she also worked successfully with “burn-out” clients, as well as companies, in order to manage the high job demands while encouraging a healthy work-life balance. From 2007 to 2008 she was VP of Education at the Toastmasters, and from 2008 to 2009 was President of the Zürich Toastmasters group. Coach E is also experienced with clients who have ADHD.

 

She works in German (mother-tongue) and English (fluent), and offers one-on-one coaching, telephone coaching as well as group coaching.
