Amy Carroll is a Swiss based coach, trainer and speaker, coaching managers and individuals on becoming more powerful communicators.  You may even have “experienced” her at our May 2006 Networking Event!  Amy’s areas of specialty are coaching clients to become more dynamic, confident speakers as well as developing their ability to influence others by creating powerful partnerships in their business and personal relationships. She does this with the help of the improvisational theatre philosophy, “Make your partner look good!”

The principles which improvisational actors need to be successful on stage - trust, agreement, spontaneity, flexibility and respect - are the same principals business teams need to be successful in the work place.  By teaching these principals, using an energizing and unconventional approach, business teams can tap into collaborative behaviors and transformational communication styles, capable of achieving business results, far surpassing expectations!
