Workshop Description

This is leadership development for women professionals in an action learning format. Take-away skills are practiced and consolidated in lively simulations carefully designed for training the competencies professional women need to make a strong impression and get ahead. The workshop concentrates on the critical skills of high-powered communication, strategic thinking, building trust and collaboration, influencing, and managing priorities, conflict and crisis.
